Named after Saints, Sheldon F. Robins is an award winning Producer, Writer and Actor. Born in Port of Spain, Trinidad raised in both New York and Texas after reaching the height of his professional dance career, he decided to put up his dancing shoes to follow his passion in television & film.
His first production titled “Asian Invasion the Art of Combat”, filmed in Seoul Korea won best documentary film in the Seoul International film Festival. Robins has also co-written Lord of the Streets starring Academy Award winning Kris Kristofferson & DMX. Sheldon also co-produced the Black Poker Superstar Invitational with Edmonds Entertainment / Eight Wonder Productions starring Eddie Murphy, Mekhi Phifer, Kevin Hart, Katt Williams and others, which was the highest rated comedy show on BET. Robins has developed (produced, written and acted) 8 full feature films for the screen, has written 3 television shows, one that is an animation (Safari-cize) which is in post production and two reality shows in which the pilot has been completed.
As an actor Robins has studied immensely at the Howard Fine Studio, with a fondness for Criminal Justice, he favors detective type roles in film, with a commanding voice and presence on film, Robins is on the path of becoming one Hollywood’s greatest actors.
Robins doesn’t have a typical filmmaker background, but does have a typical Hollywood entertainment industry story; from the professional dance world, modeling, to the commercial and print world, small screen to big screen to becoming a Producer. Having written and produced his first feature Murder 101 starring opposite Tom Sizemore and Dante Basco, he is prepping his next feature film titled Prey, which is an inside look of the professional dance world.
Menina Fortunato, founder & director of The Hollywood Summer Tour, began her professional career at the tender age of 12 in Vancouver, BC. Today, she is based in Los Angeles, CA where she maintains as hectic schedule as a producer, dancer, choreographer, dance educator, wife and mother. Menina has been seen by millions on TV and films including America’s Got Talent, Star Trek: Enterprise, Alias, MAD TV, Blue Collar TV, Poseidon, Spectacular, Kickin It Old Skool and Celebrity Fit Club, Cheetah Girls One World -Premiere Party.
She has choreographed for The X Factor and was an associate producer on America’s Got Talent. She has worked with many recording artists including Britney Spears, Beyonce, Carrie Underwood, Paula Abdul, Carmen Electra, Luke Bryan, Earth Wind & Fire, MC Hammer, William Hung, Rain and Luis Miguel. She has been fortunate enough to tour the world performing in front of stadium crowds of up to 60,000 people.
Ms. Henriques holds a Masters Degree in Business from John Hopkins University utilizing her knowledge as an international consultant and film advisor for such organizations as the Jamaica Film Commission and Ermitage S.R.L., France. Her love for the film industry began when she produced a short documentary for Montgomery Community Cable Television called the Docent. Over the years she has developed and maintained a special interest in producing independent films and has held several production positions. Her national and international entertainment and business affiliations have provided a wealth of knowledge, experience, resources, and contacts that have proven to be of immeasurable benefit in her various positions.
Shaeda Moghaddam, President of Triangle Road Entertainment, has produced several projects, including three feature films and a musical short. The features, “Meth Head” directed by Jane Clark and starring Lukas Haas, and “Murder 101,” starring Tom Sizemore, were released in 2014. Her third, “Crazy Bitches” was recently a hit at Frameline, Outfest, and many more. The musical short “What Patience God Has,” stars international singer, Sattar. Other rojects include “For the Birds,” which won the Student DGA Award in 2013 and garnered an award at the student Emmys. The film has screened at over 50 film festivals worldwide. Shaeda also produced “Little Shrink,” a live action children’s television pilot. Shaeda promotes education in the arts for children, and has been recognized for her work with Feminine Light, which raises awareness for Women’s equality throughout the Middle East.
President and Chief Executive of Global Media Village, served as president of Akasua Holdings, Ltd. when it acquired Harvey Comics Entertainment in 1989. While at the helm of Akausa, he presided over the Harvey acquisition, the subsequent sale of a minority interest in Harvey to MCA [Universal]; and the forma tion of film production and distribution agreements with MCA [Universal] and Amblin Entertainment for Universal’s feature film “Casper” as well as with Warner Borthers for its feature film “Richie Rich.” He remained with Akausa through the initial public offering of Harvey Entertainment on NASDAQ in 1993.
Mr. Reed was founding principal of Raymond C. Reed & Associates, and provided private business and legal counsel for international entertainment and media companies. A Columbia University and Whittier Law School graduate with a UCLA M.B.A., he expnded the scope of his firms work from targeting entertainment companies for acquisition and executive management, to television, film and media production and international distribution. He was Co-Producer of Disney’s “Max Keeble’s Big Move”, from inception through its release in 2001; was Producer of the yet to be released comedy “Cuttin Da Mustard” with Brandon Jackson [“Tropic Thunder”], Lil Zane and Sinbad; and was Executive Producer on the post college “dramedy” “Truth Hall” which premiered on BET in 2010.
